Hyperion Global SICAV – Australian Growth Companies is not available to US citizens, residents, or US-based institutions. The Sub-Fund is available to individual and institutional investors residing in Luxembourg and the UK in both Euro (EUR W) and British Pound option (GBP W). Class EUR W has a minimum subscription amount of 1 Million Euros. Class EUR R has no minimum subscription amount and is designed to allow individual investors the ability to invest at all levels. Investors should consider their long-term investment goals and financial needs when making an investment decision about this Sub-Fund.
